That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding threatened litigation as
follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances to discuss the threat of
litigation by Chris Boyd under the California Public Records Act,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(3)(E).
