RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss significant exposure
to litigation as follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances to discuss Notice of
Violation No. R9-2008-0099 issued by the California Regional
Water Quality Control Board regarding Agua Hedionda Channel
Dredging Project pursuant to Government Code section
54956.9(b)(1).
