RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Glenn Pruim, Public Works Director, Mark Stone,
Carlsbad Municipal Water District General Manager and Keith Solar, Buchanan Ingersoll
and Rooney) regarding purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property located and
generally identified as:
