RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council and the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District, by
motion, authorize a closed session to discuss pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council and the Board of Directors of Carlsbad
Municipal Water District hold a closed session to discuss pending
litigation against ISOP/AIG Insurance Company et al. (San Diego
Superior Court Case No. 37-2007-00072351-CU-IC-CTL, Court of
Appeals Case No. D053843), pursuant to Government Code section
54956.9(a).
