RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Cynthia Haas, Deputy City Manager, Debbie Fountain,
Housing and Redevelopment Director, John Coates, Parks and Recreation Director, John
Cahill, Municipal Projects Manager and Rob Houston, Management Analyst) regarding
purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property located and generally identified as:
