RECOMMENDED ACTION:
To receive a presentation from Walt Meier regarding 3.2 acres of land known as the Village H
property.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The City Council provides an opportunity for citizens and organizations to have an item placed
on a City Council Agenda by submitting a request to the City Manager. Attached is a request
(Exhibit 1), from Walt Meier requesting that the City Council receive a presentation relating to
the land known as the Village H property.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.

Good Afternoon Lisa,
Although I confirmed with Mr. Meier Thursday morning that he would like to give his presentation to Council regarding
Village H at the February 23rd Council meeting, I received a call from him today stating that unfortunately his group will
not be ready by that date. He stated that he would be meeting with his group and would submit another request to
present regarding the topic at a later date.
