RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council and the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District, by motion, authorize a closed session to consider initiation of litigation
against Jefferson Insurance Company, Stonewall Insurance Company and Canadian
Indemnity pursuant to subdivision (c) of Government Code section 54956.9.
