RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Cynthia Haas, Deputy City Manager and Skip
Hammann, Transportation Director) regarding purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real
property located and generally identified as:

Right-of-way along Carlsbad Blvd. south of Cannon Rd.

or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the name of the
agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed session.
