I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Debbie Fountain, Housing and Neighborhood Services
Director, Joe Garuba, Municipal Property Manager and Brianne Daley, Management
Assistant) regarding purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property located and
