RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session pursuant to Government Code
section 54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Cynthia Haas, Deputy City Manager, David
Hauser, Property and Environmental Services Director and Joe Garuba, Property
Environmental Services Manager) regarding purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real
property located and generally identified as:

If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an
