Being the second bidder for this project I was curious as to what the delay might be in completing this project. We bid this project accordingly to perform the work this year and it seems to be unfair if this contractor is allowed to postpone this project until next year. That is exactly what they have tried to do on another project in the City of San Diego that bid in March. Currently, they have not performed any work on that one as well b counting working days.
