RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to consider initiating litigation as
follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances to discuss initiating
litigation against the California Department of Parks and Recreation
for violation of the settlement agreement for Tamarack State Beach
parking lot and violation of the California Public Records Act
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
