That City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss significant exposure to
litigation as follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances regarding the contract with
Charles King Company, Inc. for the Occidental Interceptor Sewer
Rehabilitation Suspension Contract pursuant to Government Code section
54956.9(b)(3)(B).
