DIRECTOR CITY ATTORNEY^^g CITY MANAGER [jJ-— RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss employer- employee relations, salaries, salary schedules and compensation in the form of fringe benefits of its unrepresented employees and employees represented by CCEA, CPMA, CPOA, CFA with designated staff as labor negotiators (Cynthia Haas, Deputy City Manager, Julie Clark, Human Resources Director, Debbie Porter, Senior Management Analyst, and Steve Berliner, Liebert Cassidy & Whitmore) If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an agent or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the name of the agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed session. I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss employer-employee relations and negotiations pursuant to Govemment Code Section 54957.6.
