DIRECTOR CITY ATTORNEY 7X1 CITY MANAGER 28^ RECOMMENDED ACTION: To receive a presentation from staff regarding the city's new National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) municipal storm water permit. ITEM EXPLANATION: Council will be provided with a presentation regarding the city's new NPDES municipal storm water permit. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: Pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21065, this action does not constitute a "project" within the meaning of CEQA in that it has not potential to cause either a direct physical change in the environment, or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment, and therefore does not require environmental review.
