EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss significant exposure to
litigation as follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances regarding receipt of a claim
against the City of Carlsbad pursuant to the Tort Claims Act and
Government Code section 54956.9(b)(3)(C) which shall be available for
public inspection pursuant to section 54957.5.
