RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Pat Thomas, Public Works Director, Joe Garuba,
Municipal Property Manager and Steve Hodges, Management Analyst) regarding
purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property located and generally identified as:
