The following table outlines the anticipated schedule for the next major milestones for these community parks. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: Pine Avenue Community Park The Negative Declaration (ND) for the Pine Avenue Park was approved by the Planning Commission on December 17, 2003 (Planning Commission Resolution No. 5523). The proposed park features are within the scope of the prior environmental document and no further environmental documentation is required per CEQA Guideline Sections 15162 Page3 Aviara Community Park The Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND), Addendums 1 and 2, and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for Aviara Community Park were approved by the City Council on August 6, 2002 (Agenda Bill No. 16,845). The proposed park features are within the scope of the prior environmental document and no further environmental documentation is required per CEQA Guideline Sections 15162 Poinsettia Community Park The Conditional Negative Declaration for the Poinsettia Park was approved by the Planning Commission on October 7, 1992 (Planning Commission Resolution No. 3433). The proposed park features area are within the scope of the prior environmental document and no further environmental documentation is required per CEQA Guidelines Section 15162. EXHIBITS: 1.
