BUSINESS CENTER UNIT 1, CMWD PROJECT NO. 90-C-335 RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 736 accepting a Grant Deed for water line purposes. I ITEM EXPLANATION Virginia P. Cox, Trustee of the Cox Family Trust dated March 10, 1989, developer of the subject project, has granted an easement as directed in the attached documents. The easement is granted to the District for maintenance and operation of the water service to the project. The subject project is located on the south west corner of Dryden Place and Palomar Oaks Way. The Engineering Staff has reviewed the Grant Deed and find it satisfactory for its intended purposes. I FISCAL IMPACT Requiring dedications as a condition of water system improvements will save the District expenses in future easement acquisitions. I EXHIBITS 1. Location Map. 2.
