Your check will be mailed to you on May 20, 1988. The United States Tennis Association and UNOCAL are cooperating with us in a joint effort to provide seed money grants to deserving youth tennis programs. We are asking programs selected to receive funds to make every effort to give the SCTA, the USTA, and UNOCAL visibility through newspaper articles and program literature. Additionally, we encourage you to have your juniors join the USTA and become active members of the SCTA permitting them to participate in sanctioned tournaments and league play. We also request that you submit a year-end report to the SCTA office detailing the success of your program, and how the grant funds were spent. On behalf of both the SCTA Board of Directors and the SCTA Junior Tennis Council, I want to express our sincere hope for the success of your program. Please call if we can be of any further assistance. Sincerely yours, James E.
