TITLE:SUMMARY REPORT
(ACTION)
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve summary report. Accept and file.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
During the December 1991 Commission meeting, the issue of approval of the summary
reports was discussed. As a result of those discussions, the summary report will be
included within the Consent Calendar of each Commission agenda in order that the
Commission members may review the summary reports for completeness and an accurate
reflection of Commission action.

CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS - Approved unanimously (6-0)
1. AB #1291-1 DIRECTOR'S REPORT
2. AB#1291-2 ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS .
The Commission received several individual donations for the Carrillo Ranch Trust and
recommended acceptance by the City Manager.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
None.
DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS:
3. AB #1291 -3 CITIZEN REQUEST TO INSTALL TIME LOCK GATE AT THE OCEAN STREET
BEACH ACCESS
The Commission directed staff to present this request to the City Council with a
recommendation to apply for a Coastal Development Permit for the installation of a time
lock gate at the Ocean Avenue beach accessway (5-2).
4. AB #1291-4 PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION ANNUAL ELECTIONS
The results of the elections for the 1992 Parks and Recreation Commission officers was
as follows: Kim Welshons - Chairperson, David Castner - Vice Chairperson.
