TITLE: ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION
(ACTION)
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive a donation of $2,500 from the Fieldstone Company and recommend acceptance
by the City Council.
ITEM EXPLANATION;
The Fieldstone Company has donated $2,500 to the Parks and Recreation Department in
support of the cost to develop a Youth Recreation Directory. The Directory identifies a
variety of recreation activities available for community youth. City Council acceptance of
this donation is necessary due to the amount received. If the Commission concurs your
action would be to recommend acceptance by the City Council.
FISCAL IMPACT;
If the City Council accepts this donation funds in the amount of $2,500 will be deposited into
the recreation account.
