RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review the attached Parks and Recreation Commission agenda item worksheet and take
appropriate action.
ITEM EXPLANATION;
The attached worksheet originated as a result of the Annual Commission Workshop. The
worksheet, as originally submitted by Commissioner Finnila, was distributed for comments.
The only additional input received has been a consideration to add the following.
A. Cost (materials and manpower)
B. Is Council approval needed?
These two items have been incorporated within the attached worksheet under Section IV
(Items 5 and 6).

During the March 18, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting, the results and action
items related to the Workshop held in January were discussed. The attached form is being
distributed for input regarding the placement of agenda items on the Commission's monthly
meetings.
If you wish to make suggestions regarding this issue, please return the form with your
comments so that they may be incorporated into the agenda for next month's Parks and
Recreation Commission
