ITEM EXPLANATION:
During the October Parks and Recreation Commission meeting, this item was requested
to be discussed by Commissioner Strayer. City staff will be present to answer
questions relative to the scheduling and/or processing of special event permits and
staging of special event programs.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None at this time.
