CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items were unanimously approved by the Commission
1. AB #992-1 DIRECTOR'S REPORT - September - October 1992
2. AB #992-2 SUMMARY REPORT - The August Parks and Recreation Commission
meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: NONE
DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS
3. AB #992-3 GOLF COURSE UPDATE - At their request, the Commission received
an update on the development status of the Lake Calavera golf course site.
4. AB #992-4 KRUGER HOUSE PROGRAM - After receiving a staff report regarding
the operation of the Kruger House Preschool program and the registration policies,
the Commission unanimously recommended that new registration policies identify
priority be given to Carlsbad residents for all classes, dates and times. Those
non-residents currently enrolled and participating in the developmental, parental
participatory preschool will be "grandfathered" into the completion of classes under
the developmental philosophy of the program.
