RECEIPT OF DONATIONS
(ACTION)
^RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive donations to the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund and recommend acceptance by the
City Manager.
ITEM EXPLANATION;
Several donations have been received from March 1992 through September 1992 in
support of the Carrillo Ranch Trust. The individual donations total five hundred and
six dollars ($506). With the acceptance of these donations, the current balance of the
trust account, as of September 24, 1992, is ten thousand one hundred twenty nine
dollars ($10,129).
Contingent upon the Commission's action, the donations will be sent to the City
Manager for his acceptance.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Donations totalling $506 have been deposited in the Carrillo Ranch Trust account
#880-519-9208-0000.

This is to provide an update on the current status of the
Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund and to recommend acceptance by the City
Manager of donations totalling $506.00. These donations were
received from March 1992 through September 1992. The balance in
the Trust - ACCT. #880-519-9208-0000 - as of September 24, 1992
is $10,129.00.
Attached please find copies of checks and receipts for both cash
and checks deposited over that period.
