RECEIPT OF DONATION (ACTION)
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive donation in support of the Carrillo Ranch Trust Account.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Mrs. Joan Kindle, the volunteer Carrillo Ranch Curator, has collected $309.50 from the
sale of handcrafted items which she personally made and sold to benefit the Carrillo
Ranch Trust Fund. To date, there is currently $7,041.56 on account in this fund.

ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION
Mrs. Joan Kindle, the volunteer Carrillo Ranch curator, has collected $309.50 from the
sale of handcrafted items which she personally made and sold to benefit the Carrillo
Ranch Trust Fund.
According to Ordinance No. 1295 the City Manager has the authority to accept
donations to the City in amounts up to $500. Therefore, if you concur, it is requested
that the donated funds be accepted and held in the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund.
