4. AB#795-4 Municipal Golf Course Development Update - In addition to
receiving an informational update regarding the status of the municipal golf
course development, the Commission unanimously endorsed (7-0) a
preliminary design concept to utilize a portion of Veterans Memorial Park to
support its development.
