By a unanimous vote (7-0) the P & R Commission accepted a recommendation of the street
tree subcommittee which outlined the following:
• Make a concerted effort to save the trees and also allow for the street overlay improvements ~\
on Donna Drive., including curb/gutter installation.
• Separate the issue of future sidewalk installation due to the uncertainty of a timeframe for it's
implementation.
• Under supervision of the City's tree maintenance division and its certified arborist personnel,
root prune trees and install bio-barriers to allow for road re-surfacing, curb/gutter replacement
and to discourage future root growth.

at 3280 Donna Drive (Wood) indemnifying the City in the event of future damage to their
