CONSENT CALENDAR:
The following items were unanimously (6-0) approved by the Commission.
1. AB 1296-1 DIRECTORS REPORT - December 1996.
2. AB 1296-2 SUMMARY REPORT - November 18, 1996 Parks and Recreation
Commission Meeting.
3. AB 1296-3 RECEIPT OF DONATIONS
The Commission received donations of cash and merchandise totaling $3,600 in
support of youth basketball and the youth baseball clinic.

DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS:
4. AB 1296-4 ANNUAL ELECTION OF COMMISSION CHAIRPERSON AND
VICE-CHAIR PERSON
Commissioner Julie Baker was elected Chairperson and Tim Davidson was
elected Vice-Chair for the 1997 calendar year.
