RECOMMENDED ACTION :
ACTION
Receive donation totaling five hundred dollars ($500) in support of the Opportunity Grants
Scholarship Fund and recommend that the City Council accept this donation.

The following individual offered a cash donation in support of the listed program:

The Recreation Opportunity Grants program gives youth who cannot normally afford to
participate an opportunity to experience a wide variety of City sponsored recreation programs.
Donated funds help to pay for the youth scholarships.
A letter of appreciation has been sent on behalf of the Recreation Department.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds have been deposited into account # 140-4515-5651. All donations are used to fund the
youth scholarships.
