ITEM EXPLANATION :
A City / School Coordinating Committee meeting was held on March 31 , 1999. At the previous
request of the Commission, staff will provide an update of relevant issues discussed at that
meeting. Those topics will include:
0 Pine School appraisal process
0 Aviara and Jefferson fields
Future playfield development at Valley Street and Magnolia Ave.
Future sites for CUSD operation and maintenance, transportation, administration and
warehouse facilities.
0 Acquisition of future school sites -
