ACTION
Received donations totaling $527 and recommend acceptance by the City Manager.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
The volunteer curator for the Carrillo Ranch has collected a total of $527 to be donated to the
Carrillo Ranch Trust account. The donations originated through the sale of crafts created by Mrs.
Kindle, the volunteer coordinator.
According to City Council policy, these individual donations may be accepted by the City
Manager.
The balance in the Carrillo Ranch Trust is currently $10,701.

This is to provide an update on the status of the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund and recommend acceptance of donations totalling $527.00. These donations were received between March 9 and March 30, 1999.
The current balance in the Trust Fund (acct. # 850-0000-2749) is $10,701.57 including the $527.00.
Attached please find copies of checks and a receipt for both the - cash and checks deposited. -
