If Commission concurs reschedule the December, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting to
Monday, December 13, 1999.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
Typically the Parks and Recreation Commission has there annual Christmas dinner scheduled
immediately after the December, Commission meeting. This year the Commission meeting
would fail on December 20th, which is five days from Christmas day. Staff is recommending that
the Commission consider rescheduling the meeting to allow more time between this event and
the Christmas holiday.
If the Commission concurs staff would take the appropriate steps to notice the meeting and
extend invitations for the Christmas Dinner.
