RECOMMENDED ACTION :
Accept and file staff update.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
The Dog Park Conditional Use Permit request came before the Planning Commission on
December 6, 2000. After public comment and Planning Commission discussion, the Dog Park
development received its Conditional Use Permit with several caveats. Staff will update the
Commission regarding those conditions and provide an estimate timeline for development of the
facility.
