RECOMMENDED ACTION :
Reschedule the January or February Commission meeting.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
The third Monday of January and February 2001 are regularly scheduled City Holidays; they are
Martin Luther King Day and President's Day, respectively.
Staff is requesting to resch dule the regularly scheduled January or February Commission
meeting to either Janua& 29 or February 5, 2001.
In addition to other Agenda items that may require action, of specific importance will be approving
the preferred Zone 19 Park Master Plan for Council consideration. In order to maintain the
development timeline for the park site, this issue is required to have Commission action prior to
the March meeting. Therefore, staff is requesting the Commission to consider the proposed dates
to establish the next meeting.
