If interested, contact Department staff to attend North County Regional Trail Committee Meetings.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
An invitation has been extended to Parks and Recreation Commissioners of North County cities to
attend the North County Regional Trails Committee meetings. The purpose of the meeting is for
North County agencies to come together for productive discussions on a regional trails system.
If Commission members are interested in attending these meetings, please contact Department
staff so that arrangements can be made for you to attend.

SUBJECT: North County Regional Trails Committee
Dear Mr. Price:
As you know, we have held several North County Regional Trails Committee
meetings over the past several months and have stimulated interest in the need
for cities within the North County area to come together for productive
discussions on a regional trails system.
With that thought in mind, it was suggested by one of our Parks and Recreation
Commissioners, at our November Commission meeting, that North County cities
may have Parks and Recreation Commission members who would be interested
in attending these meetings.
To enable our office to invite these Commission members to our January
meeting, would you please FAX this information to our office at 760/633-2626.
