ITEM EXPLANATION :
During the April 16, 2001 meeting, the Commission requested a staff report on the status of the
Urban Forest Program as well as the Council Policy on Street Trees.
Parks Division staff will provide a brief presentation regarding these street tree issues. We will
be happy to address any questions and/or concerns the Commission may have regarding this
issue.
