DATE: 11/19/01 TITLE : INFO BUDGET WORKSHOP FOR FY 2002i03 ’ ACTION STAFF: STEYAERT RECOMMENDED ACTION : Receive staff report on current CIP Budget and Park Development Project update. Review, discuss and comment on the FY 2002-03 CIP Budget submittal, direct staff accordingly. ITEM EXPLANATION : During last years CIP presentation to the Parks and Recreation Commission, the Board requested to have a workshop in October prior to submittal of next year’s CIP Budget. The primary purpose of the workshop is to have adequate review time of the project submittals for FY 2002-03. To that end, staff will review with the Commission the FY 2001-02 CIP Budget submittal and will also update the Commission on the status of all current Park Development projects that are in the planning, design or construction phase. In addition, staff will review with the Commission all of the CIP projects that are scheduled through buildout. At the conclusion of the presentation, the Commission can hold general or specific discussions relative to existing, current or future CIP projects and direct staff accordingly. EXHIBITS: 1.
