ITEM EXPLANATION :
As part of an ongoing series of informational presentations to the Commission regarding activities
within the Department, staff has prepared a Powerpoint Presentation to inform the Commission
about several programs which the Department facilitates. Specifically, the presentation will focus
on the Youth and Adult Sports programs and the Special Events activities offered by the
Department.
Although this is an informational presentation, staff will consider all comments from the Commission
in an ongoing commitment to provide top quality recreation programs to our citizens and visitors.
