TRAIL SYSTEM STATUS REPORT ACTION STAFF: PRICE - I I I RECOMMENDED ACTION :

Accept and file Staff Report.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
At the request of the Commission, Staff will give a verbal update on the status of the proposed
Citywide Trail System. Of significant importance will be discussion about the anticipated
presentation to City Council in early February.
In addition, Staff will schedule a presentation on the status of the Coastal Rail Trail during the
March 18, 2002 Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting.
Staff will be available to answer any specific questions that the Commission may have.
