I Accept and file staff report. I ITEM EXPLANATION :
During the October 2001 Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting, staff presented an
informational report on the progress of securing additional park land in the Northeast Quadrant.
Over the past several months, negotiations have continued with the owners and master plan
applicants of the Robertson Ranch.
Although the general area of the proposed park acquisition has remained the same, several
issues related to the park acquisition have become further defined. Staff will update the
Commission regarding those issues as the negotiation for park land acquisition continues.
