RECOMMENDED ACTION :
Accept nominations for, and elect the Parks and Recreation Commission Chairperson and Vice-
Chairperson for 2003.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
Each year during the December Parks and Recreation Commission meeting, annual elections
are held for the positions of Commission Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. The attached form
can be used as the ballots in the elections of these two positions. After nominations have been
received and accepted, please write the name of the candidate of your choice for each position
and submit once the vote is called for.
