DATE: 05-19-03 STAFF: BEVERLY - Consider Commission discussion regarding the Park Inventory and take appropriate action. 0 INFO TITLE : PARK INVENTORY REVIEW ACTION ITEM EXPLANATION : As part of last months Commission meeting, during review of AB#403-4, “General Plan Amendment to the Park and Recreation Element of the Carlsbad General Plan”, there was some interest among Commission members to discuss the Park Inventory as it currently exists in the Park and Recreation Element. Consequently, staff was requested to place this item on the next Parks and Recreation Commission Agenda by Commissioner Comstock. Attached for discussion is the Park Area Inventory which appears in the General Plan. Commissioner Comstock will take the lead in addressing this issue.
