CONSENT CALENDAR
The following consent items were unanimously approved (6-0).
1. AB #lo44 SUMMARY REPORT - The Summary Report of the December 15, 2003
Parks and Recreation Commission meeting.
2. AB #104-2 RECEIPT OF CASH DONATION - A cash donation of $1,230 in support of
the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund.
DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS
3. AB #104-3 CARRILLO RANCH / CALIFORNIA PARKS AND RECREATION SOCIETY
JCPRS) AWARDS PROGRAM - Staff updated the Commission regarding several
awards that the Carrillo Ranch Historic Community Park has recently received from
CPRS including “Achievement Award for Agency Showcase / Marketing Theme
Campaign” and “Award of Excellence” in the category of Community Park Planning.
4. AB #I044 FY 2004-05 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET
SUBMITTALS - The Commission unanimously endorsed the CIP Budget submittals as
presented for Park Development and Park Maintenance Projects for FY 2004-05.
