RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive donation and recommend acceptance by City Manager.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Joan Kindle, Volunteer Curator for Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park, has generously contributed
her resources, time, and talent to design and create several different, unique, one-of-a-kind
handcrafted ranch mementos and then donated 100% of the proceeds raised from the sales of
the items to benefit the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund.
Donated crafts Include:
Miniature Willow Garden Bench
Assorted Bolo Necklaces
Handmade "Adobe" Glycerin Soap
"Flying LC" and Horse Motif Magnet Sets
Key Chains
Between July 7, 2004 and August 20, 2004 deposits from this fundraising effort totaled $82.00.
Proceeds from the sale of items were deposited into the Carrillo Ranch Trust Fund (Account
#1494504-5651).
