RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive donations and recommend acceptance by City Council.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
From July 7, 2004 through August 20, 2004, the City has received and deposited a total of
$1,708.75 in donations for the Canrillo Ranch Fund (Account #1494504) from the following
donors:
Rancho Guajome - Ms. Melva Phillips
Donald and Joyce Harvey
Oasis Travel
Ms. Rita Auer
S.T.E.P., Inc. - Ms. Debbie Rosen
Anonymous Cash Donations
Donations were generated in large part by private guided tours of the ranch led by City staff and
docents.
Timely thank you letters have been sent to ail individuals and groups making donations to the
Carrillo Ranch Fund.
