1-12-05 EAGLE SCOUT TRAIL PROJECT
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Staff has prepared a brief Power point presentation for the Commission on an Eagle Scout
project that was recently completed for the Rancho Carrillo Trail. Eagle Scout Andrew Wan will
be introduced to the Commissioners after the presentation and recognized for his contributions
to Carlsbad’s Citywide Trails Program with a Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the Parks
and Recreation Commission.
