HOLIDAY MEETING I DINNER ACTION
Approve the date and location of the December Parks & Recreation Commission meeting and
holiday dinner.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Staff is recommending staging the December Commission meeting and holiday event at the
Carrillo Ranch Historic Park again this year. Last years event was well received, as Carrillo
Ranch presents an excellent venue for such activities.
If the Commission concurs, the December meeting will be held on Friday, December 16, 2005,
beginning at 5:OO p.m. at Carrillo Ranch. Dinner will immediately follow the meeting, which
typically has a light agenda.
Once again this year, staff is requesting the Commission members take an active role in hosting
the event by greeting attendees throughout the evening.
