By proper motion, the minutes of the Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting of July 19,2010 were
approved.

The Commission accepted and approved the Summary Report of the July 19, 2010
Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting.

DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS
2. AB# 0910-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT - (ACTION)
The Commission accepted and approved the report on recently completed and upcoming
Parks & Recreation activities, donations and grants, as well as other topics of local interest.

3. AB # 0910-3 FISCAL UPDATE AND TEN YEAR FORECAST - (INFOl
The Commission received a presentation from the new Finance Director and the Finance
Manager about the latest economic conditions, the City's current operating budget, capital
improvement program, as well as an overview of the 10 year forecast.
4. AB # 0910-4 PARKS AND RECREATION HOLIDAY SOCIAL- IINFOl
The Commission received a presentation from staff about the upcoming Holiday Social at
Leo Carrillo Ranch on Friday, December 3,2010, immediately following their commission meeting.
